By accessing and using this website, registering for the India SAF Conclave & Awards 2026, or applying for SAFA membership, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit any registration.
Registration for the India SAF Conclave & Awards 2026 (30–31 July 2026, Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi) constitutes a binding agreement to attend. All registrations are subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours of a completed registration.
Membership of SAF Association is subject to approval by the SAFA Board. Annual membership fees are due on the anniversary of acceptance. SAFA reserves the right to decline membership applications without providing reasons. Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership period has commenced.
Award nominations are assessed by an independent jury panel. SAFA's decisions on shortlists and winners are final and binding. Nominees and nominators must not canvass jury members. SAFA reserves the right to withdraw an award if post-announcement information renders a recipient ineligible.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, programme materials, and presentations — is the property of SAF Association or its content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Press and media may reproduce event summaries with attribution to "SAF Association / India SAF Conclave 2026".
By attending the Conclave, you consent to being photographed or filmed for SAFA's publications, social media, and future promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the SAFA team at registration on the day of the event.
SAFA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from attendance at the Conclave or use of this website, including travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with the event. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the relevant delegate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
